Solé - Classic

The source:
The source of Solé is in the village of Nuvolento, in the heart of Lombardy, in the foothills of the Italian Alps. The natural mineral water flows untouched, directly from the spring into the bottling production line. With Solé frizzante, CO² (obtained through a natural process) is added.

The history:
Solé was founded by Battista Bodel in 1896 and is now run by his grandson Giuseppe, who continues the family tradition and only employs local staff. Solé is an active supporter of the local community and is increasingly committed to social causes, for example all residents of the village of Nuvolento are given free access to Solé's company well.

The water:
Solé water is known for its brilliant purity and special, natural taste. A perfect accompaniment to exquisite food and good wines. Solé water also refines a simple meal and is an excellent way to quench thirst.

With a pH value of 7.42 and a balanced calcium/magnesium ratio of 3:1, brine tastes slightly sweet. It is low in sulphates, chlorides and nitrates and is therefore also suitable for babies.

The design:
The unique and distinctive green glass bottle has a graceful presence on the dining table. Solé Classic is available from us in returnable bottles in naturale and frizzante.

In principle, Solé is not available in German retail, but only in gastronomy.
