THREE BAYS

The Fine Dining range is Aqui-Live's flagship range. Both the still and sparkling variants proudly carry a Gold Medal from the Fine Water Society on the label. The classic long-neck mineral water bottle is an eye-catcher with a minimalistic label design that evokes the long, rewarding journey from an ancient aquifer to the earth's surface. The ideal accompaniment in any gastronomic environment.

The history:
The story begins in 2012 on a small plot of land on Red Hill on the Mornington Peninsula, 85 kilometers south of Melbourne. The area is populated with boutique wineries that produce acclaimed cool-climate wines from grapes grown in the red, mineral-rich soil for which the area is named.

The previous owner of the property simply used the overgrown spring outflow for irrigation without ever realizing what a treasure he was dealing with.

A friend of the Lyche family (the current operators of the spring) tasted the water and suggested sending in a sample for testing due to the rich minerality and incredibly smooth mouthfeel. The first result was more than encouraging. A series of further tests showed an excellent mineral balance and an incredible purity that rivals any known mineral water in the world.

The Aqui-Live water comes from the Paleolithic, a prehistoric aquifer about 900 meters below the Mornington Peninsula near Melbourne, Australia.

It is further believed to be 600 million years old and gets its water from New Zealand where rain seeps into the ground and drips through tectonic plates to fill the aquifer.

Incredibly, it takes the water at least 2000 years to force its way through the Red Hill floor.

The source:
Aqui-Live is no ordinary mineral water. Loaded with minerals and many times naturally purer than other well-known bottled water brands, it is considered absolutely unique by fine water experts.

Hydrologists estimate the age at 600 million years and believe the water originated in New Zealand, where it fell as rain.

Aqui-Live is true artesian water and rises naturally to the surface without drilling. It takes approximately 2000 years to complete this ascent through mineral rich soils and rocks.

During this epic journey - free from human intervention and protected from daylight - Aqui-Live accumulates minerals from the geo-layers, giving it a one-of-a-kind silky mouthfeel and a bold, unforgettable and distinctive taste.
