The water
Natural and untreated.
Fresh and artesian spring water, carefully bottled from the depths of the wooded, beautiful Taunus.
Our artesian spring rises at the foot of the Hochtaunus in the heart of the Taunus Nature Park in Hesse, and its hand-filled natural water tastes fabulous.
Our calcium carbonate water has a total mineralization of only 145mg/L and is naturally nitrate-free and very digestible. The main minerals are bicarbonate, calcium and chloride and the pH value is neutral 7.
Our water tastes wonderfully soft and neutral with a light, unobtrusive sweetness.
Surprisingly balanced and lively, it is completely different from other waters of this type.
Our gentle fizz carbonation is also done by hand and gives our water a touch of fizz with very small bubbles, which makes the sparkling variant an excellent companion at the table.
The taste
"Very refreshing to start with, it has a very interesting kick. It goes very quickly onto my tongue and then to the tip, it stays for a while and then it goes down the throat, which I really enjoy. Interestingly, in the aftertaste it is a little dry. I guess it is not very highly mineralized?
Surprisingly, it has a mineral content of 145mg/L – check that out. I like that!
I love the bottle, I like the Bordeaux bottle shape, it's great and classic. The front of the bottle looks great with the little gimmick on the label.
Gentle Fizz:
Oh yeah, that's incredible, it's super interesting. You don't even feel the bubbles but you know they're there and that's just what's cool about it. It's definitely a really gentle fizz. Some people would say there are no bubbles and that alone is pretty interesting. There's a fizzy aftertaste. It's very unique and very interesting. The bubbles are so tiny it's just a hint of carbonation. I really enjoy that, that's great! Great job. Super interesting, congratulations! That's great!

"How cool is that, I really like it.
The immediate taste is soft, sweet, velvety and smooth with creamy tones, but this sweetness of the water is definitely something that hits the palate and the tongue. It is an immediate sensation that is very nice. A very pleasant water. Quite unique. Exquisite taste.
What a truly gentle sparkling water. Incredible, nothing overwhelming. The carbonation is absolutely superb with a smooth mouthfeel. It retains the same soft sweetness as the still version, ideal for restaurants.
The label is truly one of the most outstanding designs I have seen on a bottle in a long time, bringing a satisfied smile and emotion to the silhouette of this young girl with the balloon taking off into the atmosphere.

The design
The gastronomy concept was thought up and designed in our graphics department by Pat and Nico Eckert. The aim was to develop a water that would not only have the qualities of water but would also be an eye-catcher on the table, without competing with other brands. Our aim it was easy to give water the value it deserves.
