It will soon be a year since I've been working with Milin Patel in the UK.
For as long as I've known him, he's been a regular guest on a truly extraordinary podcast. It's about the bubbles podcast run by Steve and James Passmore, father and son in Southern California. The two like to chat on Sundays for more than 60 episodes about the waters of this world. The mix always seems random and the show spontaneous and always boisterous.
Young Passmore is a real pleasure to listen to as he has his own way of talking about water and his own way of thinking. So what is typically American at first turns out to be a very appealing and pleasant format.
Some time ago I was a guest myself and really enjoyed it.
Milin and I originally started with a podcast, but soon switched to recording our interviews on the computer, expanding the group and enriching it with tastings.
Now Steve and James are together with Milin for the first time in front of the camera.
As always, James does his very own thing in a very cool and charming way. Milin reports a little about his experiences from the Fine Water Summit 2021 in Bled Slovenia where he was a jury member for FINE LIQUIDS.
