Water of the Clouds
--
Breeze
Pure breeze, the water extracted from the mist of the Canary Islands.
The water
It is extraordinary what some people come up with, and on the other hand, it is amazing how often the obvious leads to wonderful moments in our lives.
So who on earth comes up with the idea of collecting the condensate from the clouds on the Spanish Canary Islands before it falls to the ground?
Whatever. Thanks for that!
The source
All waters with a TDS of less than 30 are amazing in themselves. Breeze is extracted from fog, from the clouds that get caught in the Canary Islands mountains, right above the Atlantic Ocean. So what can we expect? Very pure water - purified by the best filter in the world. Our atmosphere above the ocean. Logical, right? The water is collected and bottled using huge collectors like inverted umbrellas. We already know the principle from other cloud waters such as the Bahamas brand VEREN, which has already disappeared from the market, and the Tasmanian brand CLOUD JUICE, which is Still very active. With one subtle difference: It is cloud water from Europe and therefore available to us.
Breeze is 100% sustainable and ecological because the trade winds that drive the clouds over the islands are the only energy source used in its production. Production is limited because it is only collected during a few months of the year.
The taste
Because of its origins, Breeze is proudly neutral. But that would be too simple. As an expert on slightly mineralized waters, I find this water very gentle, smooth and yet full of volume. Subtle sweetness and light creaminess quickly develop an enormous breadth that you wouldn't expect. Very smooth and harmoniously well-balanced, almost sweet I would say and no comparison to Veren or Cloud Juice or our North Sea water from Northern Lites. If it were designed and not a natural product, the designer would have to be awarded. So all we can do is congratulate Mother Nature again, because she has done an excellent job here.
The aftertaste lingers in the mouth, seems to nourish it and leaves you a little surprised. Bravo!
PS: The rather low pH value does not have a negative impact here. Here too, it is more of a surprise.
The design
A small, chic bubble, really beautifully designed, like many other waters it comes with a task that is not easy to solve: opening it. Once the chic foil is removed, we encounter the wonderful water in 500ml of mist concentrate. Minimalistically simple, yet very elegant. Clearly a decorative piece for any table. Especially because of its unobtrusive, unobtrusive nature.
Award-winning
Breeze 2020 is rightly the winner of the Luxury Lifestyle Awards in the category The Best Luxury Water in Europe.
Breeze is the winner of the Luxury Lifestyle Awards 2020 and was also awarded for its taste and purity by the renowned International Taste Institute in the same year.
