This finely tuned selection includes 6 very lightly to slightly mineralized waters from Austria, Norway, Russia, Iceland and Germany. The mineralization starts at a content of just 6 mg/L and increases to almost 400 mg/L.
These light, still waters are an excellent accompaniment to wine and whiskey. They are also wonderful for making tea and coffee due to their low mineral content. The light waters are also ideal for fasting cures as they act as an excellent carrier for the elimination of toxins.
With the waters compiled here, you have to taste them very carefully and learn to sensitively explore the character of the water.
