The water with a star

Gerolsteiner – the all-star

The brand with a star

Gerolstein is located in the beautiful Volcanic Eifel.

Gerolsteiner mineral water owes its special taste to the geological conditions at the source in the Volcanic Eifel. In the Gerolstein region in particular, carbon dioxide of volcanic origin meets dolomite rock rich in calcium and magnesium. This creates water that is rich in minerals, but tastes pleasantly neutral and refreshing despite its high overall mineralization.

Gerolsteiner mineral water comes from depths of up to 250 metres and takes 50 to 100 years to extract.

What’s special about Gerolsteiner Sprudel:
Gerolsteiner mineral water tastes good - and is good for you. Only a few waters in Germany combine these two qualities. Waters that taste neutral often contain only a few minerals. Or they are full of minerals, but have a salty or slightly bitter note due to a high sodium chloride or sulfate content. The decisive factor is not only the level of mineralization, but also the type and balance of the ingredients, and this is precisely where the quality of Gerolsteiner mineral water lies. Due to its mineralization, Gerolsteiner sparkling water tastes pleasantly harmonious, without a dominant note of its own. Hydrogen carbonate ensures a balanced taste thanks to its acid-neutralizing effect, and Gerolsteiner sparkling water contains a lot of this, namely 1,800 mg of hydrogen carbonate/l.

International:
As Germany's largest mineral water exporter, Gerolsteiner sells its products worldwide. Important export countries are the neighboring Benelux countries in particular. In addition, the mineral water is sold internationally, primarily in the USA, Japan and South Korea. In total, Gerolsteiner is exported to around 35 countries worldwide.

Gerolsteiner Sprudel - the sparkling mineral water for every occasion in the newly designed 0.7 liter glass bottle.
