FIJI - EARTH'S FINEST WATER
--
FIJI - The Gold Standard
Alongside evian and VOSS, this is probably the best-known water brand on our planet. A success story straight out of a picture book. The water begins over the Fiji Islands and even appears on German supermarket shelves shortly before it is consumed. Absolutely awesome!
THE FINEST WATER ON EARTH
BOTTLED AT THE SOURCE - UNTOUCHED BY HUMANS
Fiji, a country more or less defined by a water bottle. Beneath the Yaqara Valley on the island of Viti Levu lies a vast artesian aquifer, a vast volcanic chamber encapsulated by the rock walls of an ancient crater. This aquifer was a major discovery - it exists as if in a valley at the northern tip of Viti Levu. The misty peaks of the Nakauvadra Mountains always have cool temperatures. Moisture-rich clouds gather here and quickly reach their dew point. They dissolve in the rain that falls on the volcanic highlands throughout the year.
So on a remote Pacific island, 250 km from the nearest continent, equatorial trade winds clear the clouds that begin FIJI Water's journey through one of the world's last virgin ecosystems. As tropical rain falls on a pristine rainforest, it filters through layers of volcanic rock, slowly collecting the natural minerals and electrolytes that give FIJI water its smooth, smooth taste. The water collects in a natural artesian aquifer deep beneath the earth's surface, which is shielded from outside elements by the boundaries of rock layers. The natural pressure pushes the water to the surface, where it is bottled at the source without being touched by humans.
As the volcanic layer seeps through, this moisture is also naturally filtered, absorbing a variety of minerals such as silicates, magnesium and calcium, which give the water its soft, silky mouthfeel.
Fiji contains 140 mg of hydrogen carbonate and 85 mg of silica per liter and therefore has a special effect on human skin, hair and nails. This is probably why it is so popular, especially among celebrities in America.
Fiji has a slightly sweet taste and is therefore ideal as an accompaniment to sweet desserts. With an ideal pH value of 7.5, it is not only very healthy and completely pure, but has repeatedly revealed its strength in various international tastings by professional sommeliers.
Founded in 1996, FIJI Water is now a true benchmark around the world.
Sustainable:
Established in 2007, the FIJI Water Foundation is a non-profit foundation funded and supported by the owners, employees and affiliates of FIJI Water.
FIJI Water has a long-term partnership with Conservation International, a leading environmental organization with whom we work to preserve the purity and biological richness of Fiji.
