THREE BAYS

The Fine Dining range is Aqui-Live's flagship product. Both the still and sparkling versions proudly carry a Fine Water Society gold medal on the label. The classic long-necked mineral water bottle is an eye-catcher with a minimalist label design that recalls the long, enriching journey from an ancient aquifer to the earth's surface. The ideal accompaniment in any gastronomic setting.

The history:
The story begins in 2012 on a small plot of land on Red Hill on the Mornington Peninsula, 85 kilometres south of Melbourne. The area is populated with boutique wineries producing acclaimed cool climate wines from grapes grown on the red, mineral-rich soil for which the area is named.

The previous owner of the property simply used the overgrown spring outflow for irrigation without ever realizing what a treasure he was actually dealing with.

A friend of the Lyche family (the current operators of the spring) tasted the water and, due to its rich minerality and incredibly smooth mouthfeel, suggested sending a sample for testing. The initial result was more than encouraging. A series of further tests showed an excellent mineral balance and incredible purity that rivals any known mineral water in the world.

Aqui-Live water comes from the Paleolithic, a prehistoric aquifer about 900 meters below the Mornington Peninsula near Melbourne, Australia.

It is still believed to be 600 million years old and gets its water from New Zealand, where rain seeps into the ground and drips through tectonic plates to fill the aquifer.

Incredibly, it takes at least 2,000 years for the water to force its way through the Red Hill soil.

The source:
Aqui-Live is no ordinary mineral water. Loaded with minerals and many times more naturally pure than other well-known mineral water brands, it is considered by fine water experts to be absolutely unique.

Hydrologists estimate the age at 600 million years and believe that the water comes from New Zealand, where it fell as rain.

Aqui-Live is a true artesian water and rises to the surface naturally without drilling. It takes approximately 2000 years to complete this rise through mineral-rich soils and rocks.

During this epic journey - free from human intervention and protected from daylight - Aqui-Live accumulates minerals from the geolayers, giving it a uniquely silky mouthfeel and a bold, unforgettable and distinctive taste.
