Evian and Badoit are presenting a limited edition together for the first time in 2018. You do this with none other than Inès Longevial.
Evian has been working with the fashion world since 2007. The brand has collaborated with leading designers such as Christian Lacroix, Kenzo and Alexander Wang. For this 2018 Limited Edition, General Pop and BETC, who accompany the brand in its communication, approached the artist Inès Longevial .
For the creation of this edition, Inès Longevial was inspired by the Alps, where the evian water comes from. "The ink symbolizes the journey of Evian water to the Alps where it springs, while the flowers represent the surrounding nature," she says.
Inès Longevial's painting speaks the same language as evian "live young". That's why she developed the unique "Back to the source" campaign for evian, which shows that people and nature are connected through pure water. During its 15-year journey, filtering through ancient glaciers in the heart of the French Alps, evian slowly but steadily acquires its uniquely balanced mineralization. Due to its low sodium content and its balanced composition of minerals and trace elements, it is ideal for mothers and babies. Evian is bottled directly at the source and thus remains untouched. This means that you can enjoy it anywhere and anytime as naturally pure and refreshing as at the source.
ABOUT Ines:
Inès Longevial is a young, cheerful and trendy painter who works in Paris. Originally from south-west France, the Spanish influence is one of the keys to understanding her work, which embodies the spirit of such masters as Pablo Picasso and Pedro Almodovar.
She started drawing and painting at a very young age and studied at a college of applied arts before receiving her diploma in applied arts. Her paintings in oil, delicate and strong at the same time, focus on two main themes: femininity and nature. Using parts of the body, face, and skin color, her art developed a novel and sensual body image in which women can be round and their skin can be different shades and colors. Inès' childhood, which she says she spent "in the little house on the prairie", always feeds her work, in which floral elements with numerous nuances of color find their way to her canvases.

Pure elegance, purity and an inimitable taste are characteristic of evian. The natural, still mineral water comes from the Cachat spring in Évian-les-Bains, a spa town in the French Alps. The spring is surrounded by a 70,000 hectare nature reserve and no external influences can falsify the purity of evian. Filtered through the rocks of the French Alps for 15 years, the low-sodium evian offers a naturally pure taste experience thanks to its balanced mineral content. It is the most drunk mineral water in the world.
ABOUT the vision
At the 2015 UN climate conference in Paris, evian set itself the goal of becoming CO2-neutral by 2017. An important milestone on this path was the conversion of the plant in Evian-les-Bains. From now on, the new plant will make an important contribution to the overriding goal of the brand.
The climate neutrality of the plant was achieved through a variety of interlocking measures, such as the commissioning of a biogas plant. The plant now obtains all of its own energy from this newly built facility.
The area of the modernized plant amounts to a total of 130,000 square meters. Among other things, ten new production lines and one of the largest private train stations in France are located on this site.
The Carbon Trust certifies that the plant is carbon neutral. By providing advice and controlling, the company helps other companies, governments and organizations to reduce their CO2 emissions and operate more resource-efficiently.
