The Water
At the foot of the Hochtaunus, in the heart of the Taunus Nature Reserve in Hesse, Germany, our artesian spring rises from the depths of pristine, forested earth. The water is carefully hand-bottled in always cellar-fresh 75cl bottles in the classic Bordeaux format.
AQA FINELLI is a calcium carbonate water with a total mineralisation of 145 mg/l. It is naturally nitrate-free. The primary minerals are bicarbonate, calcium and chloride. The pH level is a neutral 7.
The result is a water of exceptional balance: soft, characterfully neutral, with a light and unobtrusive natural sweetness. Surprisingly lively yet entirely elegant — a water that does not impose, but accompanies.
The Gentle Fizz variant is also hand-carbonated: tiny, barely perceptible bubbles create a whisper of sparkle that enlivens the mouthfeel without breaking the water's inherent stillness. Ideal as a table companion throughout multi-course menus.

The Gentle Fizz variant excels as an aperitif companion and as a palate cleanser between courses. Alongside champagne and light white wines, AQA FINELLI offers a still, elegant counterpoint.
The Design
The concept was developed in-house at Fine Liquids. The goal was a water that, beyond its sensory qualities, becomes a visual statement on the table — without competing with the food or the wine. The Bordeaux bottle form is classic and assured. The label featuring the silhouette of a girl with a balloon evokes emotion and recognition — and stays in memory long after the meal.
