The 6 Modules
Module 1 — Foundations of Water What water is, where it comes from, and what it carries. The global water cycle, spring types, formation stories, mineralisation and composition — the foundation for everything that follows.
Module 2 — Sensory Analysis and Tasting Techniques What does water really taste like? Introduction to professional tasting systems, flavour, mouthfeel, and aroma profiles — with your own tasting materials for immediate practice.
Module 3 — The International World of Water From Norway to Slovenia, from Japan to Patagonia. Premium waters and their origins, regional characteristics, comparative studies between still and sparkling, soft and mineral-rich.
Module 4 — Water and Gastronomy Water as a serious table companion. Pairings with wine, beer, and spirits. The art of the water menu — from a simple selection to a multi-course accompaniment.
Module 5 — Sustainability and Responsibility Virtual water, ecological footprint, and ethical questions surrounding water as a global resource. Understanding water means taking responsibility.
