958 SANTERO - sparkling wine completely redefined.
SANTERO 958 | BUBBLE OF ART
DIEGO BORMIDA 1
Born in Acqui Terme in 1975, he attended the Academy of Fine Arts in Florence, graduating with distinction in Visual Design.
The 958 Diego Bormida Spumante Extra Dry from Piedmont offers a brilliant platinum yellow color in a swirled glass. In the wine glass, this Italian sparkling wine unfolds wonderfully expressive aromas of cherry blossom, apple, pear and nashi pear, rounded off by other fruity nuances.
Just the right thing for all wine drinkers who like as little sweetness as possible in wine. The 958 is never sparse or brittle, but round and supple. The 958 Diego Bormida Spumante Extra Dry can rightly be described as exceptionally fruity and velvety, as it was vinified with a pleasantly sweet flavor profile. On the tongue it is characterized by an incredibly crisp texture. Due to the moderate fruit acidity, the 958 Diego Bormida Spumante Extra Dry flatters the palate with a pleasing feeling, without missing out on freshness at the same time. In the finish, the sparkling wine inspires with a good length. There are again hints of cherry blossom and Nashi pear.
A cuvée made from Chardonnay and Glera. After the assemblage of the cuvée, further expansion follows based on the Charmat method. The Santero 958 Diego Bormida Spumante Extra Dry then matures in the bottle for a few months and is finally disgorged.
Drink this sparkling wine from Italy well chilled at 5 - 7°C as an accompaniment to spicy chestnut soup, spring rolls with minced meat filling or Jamaican chicken legs.
Her spirit and the fresh profile of 958 Santero bubble here in a limited and extravagant collector's item.
