Shipping
We ship several times a week.
Every payment received by 17:00 is processed in such a way that the order is dispatched on the following working day if there is sufficient stock and reaches you as our customer during the week of dispatch.
Delays are therefore only caused by late receipt of payment or insufficient stock. As our products are sometimes difficult to procure, bottlenecks can occur at any time. Please also read our terms and conditions. We expressly ask for your indulgence and understanding.
Your order will be shipped on weekdays by UPS, DHL Express or Hermes. Transportation is carried out in specially certified bottle shipping boxes or, depending on the quantity, from 5 boxes (73 bottles) possibly on a pallet and by a forwarding agent.
Please note that the individual calculation of your shipping costs can only be made after entering your delivery address and therefore no guest orders are possible!
GERMANY:
Our standard delivery costs including handling and shipping material incl. VAT are calculated directly in the order process based on your order.
Personal delivery within a radius of 200 km around 74909 Meckesheim in Germany is possible by arrangement and will be charged individually according to quantity and effort.
EUROPE:
Shipping to other European countries is more expensive.
We currently deliver within the EU to the following countries: Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, Austria, Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Belgium and also to other European countries by arrangement. Please contact us.
The shipping costs increase depending on the quantity of goods ordered.
SWITZERLAND and UK:
Shipping to neutral Switzerland and the UK is unfortunately a little more expensive.
ASIA, AMERICA, UAE, JAPAN, AUSTRALIA and the rest of the free world:
Shipping to the rest of the world can be arranged, please contact us or see what price UPS will generate for you.
Our store system calculates the shipping costs automatically after you enter your delivery address. You will receive a shipping notification from us when the goods leave our warehouse. Please note any customs duties or import regulations in your country.
Of course, you also have the option of collecting your goods from our depot. Please make sure you register and schedule the collection in advance, as we are not always on site.
