ICELANDIC GLACIAL | sparkling
The premium water Icelandic Glacial Water from Iceland embodies absolute purity. The still glacial water has a desirable and unusually high pH of 8.4, making it naturally alkaline.
Long before man reached the remote island of Iceland, a massive volcanic eruption occurred, creating the Ölfus spring deep below the surface of the earth. For more than 5,000 years, the water has been slowly filtered through the layers of lava rock, creating naturally alkaline water with a perfect balance of minerals. Shielded by an impenetrable layer of lava rock and surrounded by a 128,000 hectare exclusion zone, the spring is constantly replenished by a gradual filtration of rain and snowmelt over uninhabited and pristine lava fields. With over 900,000 cubic meters of water flowing into the sea from the oil well every day, it is one of Mother Earth's greatest natural springs in one of the most pristine ecosystems on earth.
Consistent
Icelandic Glacial was the world's first bottled water to be certified carbon neutral for both product and operation. Icelandic takes great pride in a fully sustainable operation, powered solely by geothermal and hydroelectric power.
With an area of 7,688 sq. ft., the world-class bottling facility is one of the greenest and cleanest in the world. Up to 30,000 bottles per hour can be produced fully automatically. The filling process takes place in a clean room environment according to the highest laboratory standards. The water flows directly from the underground spring into the bottling plant. Nothing is added or taken away.
The water
Water is not just water: Especially not when it has been shaped and formed by the rugged landscape of Iceland. Between glaciers and volcanoes, the artesian mineral water springs from the volcanic spring, a qualitative highlight of drinking culture.
The still spring water from the "Fire and Ice" region impresses with its alkaline taste and refreshing Nordic character. Whether for sports, served at lifestyle events, or just for in between - Icelandic Glacial Water takes the connoisseur on a journey to the land of elves and trolls.

Location
As one of the youngest islands in the world, Iceland has a rugged, natural beauty and an unspoilt ecosystem. Centuries of volcanic activity and an abundance of beautiful glaciers have left a stunning landscape unrivaled anywhere else in the world, earning the country the nickname 'The Land of Fire and Ice'.
Ecologically, Iceland is unique. Iceland is a large country (103,000 km²) but sparsely populated with only 3 people per km² living mostly along the coast. The interior of the country offers breathtaking contrasts. It is largely an arctic desert, punctuated by mountains, glaciers, volcanoes and waterfalls. Most of the vegetation and agricultural areas are in the lowlands near the coast. Icelanders have made it a priority to preserve the pristine beauty of their environment, allowing them to gift us with some of the cleanest, purest waters on earth.
