About water sommelier Pat Eckert
Water is something we all use every day and yet it is so special. Just like an excellent wine, water can only unfold its full effect after careful selection.
Pat has been working intensively with water since 2010, and in 2022 he trained as a certified water sommelier and took part in the BLED Water Festival. Pat organized numerous water tastings in Europe and the UK and founded his own fine water brand "Aqa Finelli" in 2023.
