Gerolstein is located in the beautiful Vulkaneifel.
The GEROLSTEINER mineral water owes its special taste to the geological conditions at the source in the Vulkaneifel. In the Gerolstein region in particular, carbonic acid of volcanic origin meets calcium and magnesium-rich dolomite rock. This creates water that is rich in minerals, but tastes pleasantly neutral and refreshing despite its high total mineralization.
GEROLSTEINER Mineral water comes from a depth of up to 250 meters; it takes 50 to 100 years before it is extracted.
The special thing about GEROLSTEINER Naturell:
GEROLSTEINER Naturell comes from a particularly gentle spring in the Vulkaneifel and is therefore more easily mineralized than GEROLSTEINER Sprudel. GEROLSTEINER Naturell naturally contains 807 mg of minerals per liter.
Each liter of GEROLSTEINER more than 577 mg of hydrogen carbonate. A particularly large number of natural ingredients contain mineral waters that have passed through limestone layers in their source area. Typical of the region around Gerolstein in the Vulkaneifel is dolomite - a limestone. The natural acid-neutralizing effect of the hydrogen carbonate ensures a pleasantly neutral taste.
Thanks to its low sodium content of only 17 mg per liter, GEROLSTEINER Naturell is ideal for a low-sodium diet.
