The water
Natural and untreated.
Fresh and artesian spring water, carefully bottled from the depths of the wooded, beautiful Taunus.
At the foot of the Hochtaunus in the heart of the Taunus Nature Park in Hesse springs our artesian spring, whose hand-filled natural water tastes fabulous.

Our calcium carbonate water has a total mineralization of only 145mg/L and is naturally nitrate-free and very digestible. Main minerals are bicarbonate, calcium and chloride and pH is neutral 7.

Our water tastes wonderfully soft and characterfully neutral with a slight unobtrusive sweetness.

Surprisingly balanced and lively, it is completely different from other waters in this range.

Our gentle Fizz carbonation is also done by hand and gives our water a touch of fizz with very small bubbles, making the Sparkling version a great companion at the table.

The taste
„It’s very refreshing at the beginning, it has a very interesting kick. It goes on my tongue very fast and then on the top, where it stays for a while and then it goes down to the throat, what i really enjoy. Interessting, it‘s a little dry in the aftertaste. I wouldn’t think there is a lot of minerals dissolved. 

Surprisingly a TDS of 145 – look at that. I like it!

I love the bottle, i like the Bordeaux bottle shape is great and classic. It looks great on the Front with ist little Gimmicks on the Label.

Oh jeah thats amazing, it’s super interessting. You don’t even feel the bubbles, but you know, they are there, and that is a cool thing about this. It’s clearly a gently fiss. Some eople would say there is no bubbles, it’s quite interessting. There is a effervesenc aftertaste. It’s very unique and very interessting. The bubbles are so tiny, it’s a hint of Carbonisation. I really enjoy this, this is great! Ist a good job. Super interessting, congratulations! That is great!

„How cool is that.I really like it. 

The immediate flavor profile is soft and sweet, velvety, smooth with creamy tones, but that sweetness of the water is devinitly something that touches the palett, the tongue, thats an immediate Sensation which is very nice. A very enjoyable Water. So it's pretty unique. Exquisite Taste.

What a true gentle fizz this Water is. Incredibele, nothing overpowering. The carbonation Levels are absolutely outstanding with a mouthfeel of softness. i think it would be ideal for dining. It remains the same soft sweetness as the still version, very ideal for restaurants.

The Labeling is properly one of the stand out designs i have seen on a bottle, for a long time. it brings a lot of happy smiles and emotions due this silouhette of this lovely young girl with the balloon of to the atmosphere.

It's a low TDS Water with a lot of elegant complex.

It's different, very elegant and it catches the eye as soon as it is placed on the table.“

The design
The gastro concept was conceived and designed in our graphics department by Pat and Nico Eckert. We wanted to create a water that, beyond the qualities of water, would also be an eye-catcher on the table, but without competing with it. Our concern was simply to give the water the value it deserves.
