SPEYSIDE GLENLIVET is one of the world's largest whiskey producing regions and home to many of Scotland's most famous distilleries, at the heart of which is the small world famous village of Glenlivet. The world's first whiskey distillery was founded here over two hundred years ago.

The Slochd Spring is at 1,520 feet and rises from a 500 million year old rock formation called the Braes of Glenlivet. The natural pH is 7.7, a slightly alkaline level preferred by many because it provides a slightly sweet aftertaste. The total amount of dissolved solids is only 58 milligrams per liter. Speyside is pure and light.
In addition to its composition, the very mineral-poor water also stands out for its simple but elegant bottle shape. The water has been produced since 1991.
The still version of this slightly alkaline, low TDS water goes perfectly with a single malt whiskey.
