ABOUT THE EDITIONS
evian delivers a LE limited edition in glass every year. These are always only small numbers. Most of the editions are no longer available in stores shortly after they have been published and achieve top prices worldwide as collector's items. evian has been struggling with the German market since 2016, which is directly attributable to the one-way deposit system - the current edition 2019 with Virgil Abloh, for example, was no longer produced for the German market. It cannot be assumed that this will get any better. The German market has strong sales and is simply unattractive for international brands because of the deposit system. Comprehensible.
ABOUT THIS LIMITED PACK
We offer you a package with 15 glass bottles of all vintages since 2008. Up until 2007 there was a different bottle shape for the LE at evian - but this could not prevail.
You will receive the 15 bottles safely in a certified box.
The first edition in 2008 started with Christian Lacroix, who took up his first design for a blue and red edition for the 2018 anniversary. After him, Gaultier put on an impressive design in brilliant blue. Paul Smith followed in third with lots of color and Issey Miyake let a flower flourish on the bottle in 2011. With the pink on the Courreges bottle, the most popular bottle in the series appeared in 2012. Diane von Fürstenberg broke down her design to a heart and the robust message "Love is life".
At the beginning of the series there were elaborately produced websites and entire shops that only existed for the LE and like the bottles themselves changed annually.
With Ellie Saab, the bottle was given an almost silky grace with an incredibly delicate touch for the first time. In 2015 the rarest bottle appeared in collaboration with KENZO from Japan. As an internationally aspiring young designer, Alexander Wang then produced a two-tone edition in his clear barcode design for the first time. As a great web influencer evian the Italian Chiara Ferragni in 2017 and with Ines Longevial a painter was hired for the first time. At the same time Ines designed the special edition of BADOIT . The editions Ferragni and Longevial are both only available from us in German-speaking countries, also as boxes.
There was a lot of fanfare this year 2019 around the off white designer Virgil Abloh, who at the same time designed a refillable glass bottle for evian with his Rainbow Edition. It was also sold out within a very short time and achieved moon prices on the Internet.
After we had already finalized negotiations with evian about exclusivity on the Internet, we were disappointed because the version had been produced without a deposit code.
Pure elegance, purity and an inimitable taste are characteristic of evian . The natural, still mineral water comes from the Cachat spring in Évian-les-Bains, a spa in the French Alps. The spring is surrounded by a 70,000 hectare nature reserve and no external influences can falsify evian's purity. Filtered through the rock of the French Alps for 15 years, the low-sodium evian offers a naturally pure taste @8N3J3 thanks to its balanced mineralization. It is the most popular mineral water in the world.
ABOUT the vision
As part of the UN climate conference in Paris in 2015, evian set @5I9B6 the goal of @5I9B6 CO2-neutral by 2017. An important milestone on this path was the conversion of the factory in EVIAN -Bains. As a result, the new plant is now making an important contribution to the brand's overarching goal.
The climate neutrality of the plant could be achieved through a variety of interlocking measures, such as the commissioning of a biogas plant. The plant now draws its own energy entirely from this newly built facility.
The area of the modernized plant amounts to a total of 130,000 square meters. This area includes ten new production lines and one of the largest private train stations in France.
