In the 19th century, the Orezza facilities with their bathrooms, showers and massage rooms were very popular with spa guests. The thermal water successfully treated cases of anemia, nervous system diseases, malaria, and liver and kidney diseases. At that time, people began to believe in the miraculous therapeutic power of Orezza.
During the last war of the 20th century, Orezza was even sent to North Africa to give strength and vitality to anemic fighters.
