CHORQ
CHORQ is British artesian spring water from the Test Valley in Hampshire – with a TDS of 454 mg/l, the most mineral-rich natural artesian water in Britain.
AWARDS
CHORQ was awarded the Silver Taste Award at the Guangzhou International Water Tasting Competition 2026, placing it as the world's No. 2 best-tasting medium-minerality water. In 2026, the brand also won Silver for its can design at the Taste and Design Awards in Montreal.
A BALANCE OF WELLNESS AND TASTE
CHORQ impresses with a creamy, silky roundness, a crisp, clean finish and a hint of natural sweetness – a flavour profile equally prized by chefs and sommeliers. In the sparkling expressions (Signature Sparkling and Sparkling Reserve), fine, added carbonation with a delicate perlage enhances this creaminess, forming a wonderfully harmonious union with the water. Thanks to its clear, homogeneous mineralisation, CHORQ is a wonderful food companion through every course of a menu.
NATURALLY FILTERED FOR OVER 150 YEARS
The spring sits on a long-established organic estate and has been naturally filtered through 400 metres of chalk for over 150 years. It feeds the watercress grown on the estate as well as the River Test – the celebrated chalk stream that became the birthplace of British fly-fishing and the dry-fly technique in the late 19th century, and remains one of the world's most coveted trout fisheries to this day.
A GIFT FROM NATURE
The estate is managed by Murray Diplock – himself a certified water sommelier – who looks after the spring as part of a protected nature conservation area (SINC). CHORQ sees itself as a table water in the truest sense – meant to accompany food and wine, with character rather than theatrics. A gift from nature, worthy of raising a glass to.
