Shipment

We ship several times a week.

Every payment received by 5:00 p.m. is processed in such a way that the order is sent securely on the following working day and also reaches you as our customer in the shipping week.
Delays are only caused by late receipt of payment or a lack of stock. Since our products are sometimes difficult to obtain, bottlenecks can occur at any time. Please also read our terms and conditions. We expressly ask for your indulgence and understanding.

Your order will be shipped by UPS, GLS or Hermes on weekdays. The transport takes place in specially certified bottle shipping boxes or, depending on the quantity, from 5 boxes (73 bottles) possibly on a pallet and by forwarding agency.

Please note Please note that the individual calculation of your shipping costs can only take place after you have entered your delivery address and therefore no guest orders are possible!

GERMANY:

Our standard delivery costs including handling and shipping material including VAT are calculated directly in the ordering process based on your order.

Personal delivery within a radius of 200 km around 74909 Meckesheim in Germany is possible by arrangement and is calculated individually according to quantity and effort.

EUROPE:

Shipping to the European region is more expensive.
We currently deliver within the EU to the following countries: Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, Austria, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Belgium and also to other European countries by arrangement. Contact us.

The shipping costs increase depending on the quantity of goods ordered.

SWITZERLAND and UK:

Unfortunately, shipping to neutral Switzerland and the UK is a bit more expensive.

ASIA, AMERICA, UAE, JAPAN, AUSTRALIA and Rest of the Free World:

Shipping to the rest of the world can be arranged on request, just contact us or see what UPS generates for you for a price.

Our shop system automatically calculates the shipping costs after you have entered your delivery address. You will receive a shipping notification from us when the goods leave our warehouse. Please note any customs or import regulations in your country.

Of course, you also have the option of picking up your goods from our depot. Please make sure to register the pickup in advance and schedule it, as we are not always on site.
