Excellent, high-quality water from the CaNa artesian spring in the untouched nature of the Goričko Landscape Park in Slovenia.

Highly mineralized water with a ratio of calcium and sodium that is unique in the world:
340 mg / l calcium and only 8.6 mg / l sodium. Therefore, CaNa tells the story of the extraordinary composition of the elements Ca / Na in this special water.

The history:
As early as 1910, the "Királyi forrás" or "King's spring" was located in the area of ​​today's spring, so the name of the fine water also derives from this.

A bottling plant was built before the Second World War.

Active work on the project resumed in 2007 based on knowledge of mineral water analysis in the Nuskova region. Then, in May 2008, the redevelopment of the artesian well in the midst of untouched nature in the Goričko Landscape Park in Prekmurje was promoted. The mineral water filling system was put into operation in 2016.

CANA is now bottled in an old school building. This has been renewed and preserved and restored to its beautiful splendour. The plant has a technologically advanced line for bottling mineral water. In the future, there will also be a modern drinking hall with an autochthonous touch, where visitors can taste the unique CANA ROYAL WATER straight from the source.

Nowadays one often hears that water has become a kind of "new wine". All water is not just water, but has many functions and is becoming more and more important. Water differs in taste and mineral content. They are already listed on their own water menus in better restaurants and represent an excellent alternative to alcohol.
Incidentally, Cana is also the city in Israel where Jesus turned water into wine during the wedding at Cana, a wonderful anecdote.

3 times sparkling:
CANA Royal Water is offered in 3 sparkling variants, which is royal in itself.

Gently sparkling , is wonderfully fine, a barely perceptible, wonderfully light Effervesenc. Almost still water with a pleasant carbonic acid note (CO² 0.8 mg / l). Wonderfully still, globular, almost to not sour, sunny in the aftertaste and slightly salty. Overall, you can taste the hydrogen carbonate of 1100 mg / l most clearly in this version. (white label)

Carbonated comes closest to our German medium water, a wonderfully balanced carbonated water whose extremely high mineralization is not even hinted at. Carbonic acid is present, but always remains unobtrusive (CO² 2.5 mg / l). (Transparent label)

With a carbon dioxide content of 3.5 mg / l, Strong is at the upper limit and here the large bubbles clearly come to the fore and dominate the spectrum. Even the aftertaste is based on the carbonic acid, but is hardly more sour, salty or overpowering and thus fully exploits its outstanding quality. A clear water for connoisseurs and friends of upscale soda water.

Overall, CANA sounds mild in the mouth and leaves a pleasantly soft feeling in the mouth and a pleasantly stimulated, lively and free tongue. It cleans and opens the taste buds naturally and pleasantly.
