The water
Natural and untreated.
Fresh and artesian spring water, gently bottled from the depths of the wooded, beautiful Taunus region.
At the foot of the Hochtaunus mountains, in the heart of the Taunus Nature Park in Hesse, our artesian spring rises, whose hand-filled natural water tastes fabulous.
Our calcium carbonate water has a total mineralization of only 145 mg/L and is naturally nitrate-free and very palatable. The main minerals are bicarbonate, calcium, and chloride, and the pH value is a neutral 7.
Our water has a wonderfully soft and characterful neutral taste with a light, unobtrusive sweetness.
Surprisingly balanced and vibrant, it is completely different from other waters of this type.
Our gentle Fizz carbonation is also done by hand and gives our water a touch of fizz with very small bubbles, making the Sparkling variant an excellent companion at the table.
The taste
"Very refreshing at first, it has a very interesting kick. It goes on my tongue very quickly and then to the tip, it stays there for a while and then goes down into the back of my throat, which I really enjoy. Interestingly, the aftertaste is a little dry. I guess it's not very highly mineralized?"
Surprisingly, it has a mineral content of 145mg/L – look at that. I like that!
I love the bottle; I like the Bordeaux bottle shape, it's magnificent and classic. The front of the bottle looks great with the little gimmick on the label.
Gentle Fizz:
Oh yes, that's incredible, it's super interesting. You don't even feel the bubbles, but you know they're there, and that's just so cool about it. It's definitely a really gentle fizz. Some people would say there are no bubbles, and that alone is pretty interesting. There's a fizzy aftertaste. It's very unique and very interesting. The bubbles are so tiny that it's just a hint of carbonation. I really enjoy that, it's great! Good job. Super interesting, congratulations! That's great!

What a truly gently sparkling water. Incredible, nothing overwhelming. The carbonation is absolutely perfect with a soft mouthfeel. It retains the same subtle sweetness as the still version, ideal for restaurants.
The label is truly one of the most outstanding designs I've seen on a bottle in a long time. It evokes a smile and a sense of emotion thanks to the silhouette of this young girl with the balloon rising into the atmosphere.
It is a lightly mineralized water with a great deal of elegant complexity.

The design
The concept for the restaurant was conceived and designed in our graphics department by Pat and Nico Eckert. Their aim was to create a water that, beyond its inherent qualities, would also be an eye-catcher on the table, without competing with other products. Simply put, our goal was to give the water the value it deserves.
