Shipment

We ship several times a week.

Every payment received by 5:00 PM will be processed so that, provided there is sufficient stock, the order will be shipped on the following working day and will reach you as our customer during the shipping week.
Delays only arise from late payment or insufficient stock. Since some of our products are difficult to obtain, shortages can occur at any time. Please also refer to our terms and conditions. We expressly ask for your patience and understanding in this matter.

Your order will be shipped on weekdays via UPS, DHL Express, or Hermes. Transport is carried out in specially certified bottle shipping cartons or, depending on the quantity, from 5 cartons (73 bottles) onwards, possibly on a pallet and via freight carrier.

Please note Please note that your individual shipping costs can only be calculated after you have entered your delivery address, and therefore guest orders are not possible!

GERMANY:

Our standard delivery costs, including handling and shipping materials (including VAT), are calculated directly during the ordering process based on your order.

Personal delivery within a 200 km radius of 74909 Meckesheim in Germany is possible by arrangement and will be calculated individually according to quantity and effort.

EUROPE:

Shipping to neighboring European countries is more expensive.
We currently deliver within the EU to the following countries: Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, Austria, Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Belgium, and also to other European countries upon request. Please contact us.

Shipping costs increase depending on the quantity of goods ordered.

SWITZERLAND and UK:

Unfortunately, shipping to neutral Switzerland and the UK is still a bit more expensive.

ASIA, AMERICA, UAE, JAPAN, AUSTRALIA and the rest of the free world:

Shipping to the rest of the world can be arranged upon request; please contact us or check what price UPS will generate for you.

Our online shop automatically calculates the shipping costs after you enter your delivery address. You will receive a shipping notification from us when your order leaves our warehouse. Please be aware of any customs duties or import regulations in your country.

You are of course also welcome to pick up your goods from our depot. Please be sure to register and schedule your pickup in advance, as we are not always on site.
