Solé - Classic
The source:
The source of Solé is in the village of Nuvolento in the heart of Lombardy in the foothills of the Italian Alps. The natural mineral water flows untouched, directly from the source into the bottling production line. In Solé frizzante, CO² (produced through a natural process) is added.
The history:
Solé was founded by Battista Bodel in 1896 and is now managed by his grandson Giuseppe, who continues the family tradition and only employs local staff. Solé is an active supporter of the local community and is increasingly committed to social issues, for example all residents of the town of Nuvolento receive free access to Solé's company-owned well.
The water:
Solé water is known for its brilliant purity and its special, natural taste. A perfect accompaniment to fine food and good wine. Solé water also enhances a simple meal and quenches thirst excellently.
With a pH value of 7.42 and a balanced calcium/magnesium ratio of 3:1, brine tastes slightly sweet. It contains only a few sulfates, chlorides and nitrates and is therefore also suitable for babies.
The design:
The unique and distinctive green glass bottle has a graceful presence on the dining table. Solé Classic is available in reusable bottles in naturale and frizzante.
Basically, Solé is not available in German retail stores, but only in restaurants.
